Tiho Terms of Use

Who may use the app

Tiho is intended for people over 18. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Rules of use

Use the app only lawfully. Do not impersonate others, infringe other people's rights, attempt unauthorized access to accounts, or send unlawful, threatening, or unwanted messages. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your devices secure.

You can block other users. Do not use Tiho for harassment, fraud, distributing malicious material, or breaking the law.

Messages and encryption

Messages are encrypted on the participants' devices. The server stores encrypted records for delivery and synchronization but has no keys to read their text. Messages already delivered may remain on other participants' devices even after your account is deleted.

Availability and liability

We try to keep Tiho running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Use additional linked devices to keep access where the app supports it. We may restrict access if these terms or security requirements are violated.
